In July and August, Usina Coruripe received several awards for its actions in the areas of social responsibility and human resources. The company, which is among the 100 largest and best in the country, was awarded three awards for recognition of its work and responsible performance in the market.
In August, Usina Coruripe received the certification seal as the 39th best company to work in Brazil, according to Great Place To Work Brasil 2018 (GPTW). The award represents the standard of excellence for the definition of work environments.
On July 24, Vision magazine delivered, in Piracicaba (SP), the 9th Vision Agro Centro-Sul Award, won by the company in the Occupational Safety category. The award is a recognition to professionals, companies and entities in several areas of the segment, who have developed their businesses with excellence in favor of the sugar-energy sector.
In São Paulo, on July 25, it was Coruripe's turn to be honored for being among the 60 Best Companies in Corporate Citizenship 2018, of the magazine Management and HR. The company received the award for its performance with social responsibility. In addition to meeting the set of certifications, such as ABNT / ISO 14000, AA 1000, AS 8000, the award recognizes social actions; community projects and corporate social investments. The manager Berthodino Junior was the representative of the company in the award ceremonies of Agro Center-South Vision and the ranking of 60 Best Companies in Corporate Citizenship 2018.
